1. Acceptance of Terms
    By using our website or services, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
  1. Services Provided
    We offer the following services:
    • Tour Packages: Guided and self-guided tours to various destinations.
    • Rent-a-Car Services: Vehicle rentals for local and long-distance travel.
    Specific details, including pricing, availability, and policies, are provided during the booking process.
  1. Booking and Payment
    • Reservations: All bookings must be made via our website, authorized agents, or customer service.
    • Payment: Full or partial payment (as specified) is required to confirm a booking. Accepted payment methods include [Insert Accepted Payment Methods].
    • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
    • Tours:
    If you cancel within 48 hours prior to tour departure, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel the tour before 48 hours, 50% will be refunded. And if you report four days before tour departure, the full advance will be refunded.
    • Car Rentals:
    100% payment in advance. 50% advance payment at the time of booking and 50% payment at the time of starting the service that is when the vehicle arrives at your given address. The driver shall collect 50% balance payment before departure.
  2. Booking is considered confirmed only after making advance payment.
  3. Copy of I.D Card/Passport.
  4. Fuel top up/mileage shall be determined from our base station i.e., starting from base and back to base. The customer shall return full fuel tank daily at the day end.
  5. Deviations are not allowed in route or travel plan once the deal is completed.
  6. Sawarie.com offers only chauffeur driven services on rent. The customer is not allowed to drive the vehicle in any case.
  7. The vehicle shall not be used to carry more passengers than the registered capacity of the vehicle.
  8. Do not use the vehicle on rent for any illegal purpose.
  9. Do not carry passengers or luggage in excess of the rated weight-carrying capacity of the vehicle.
  10. Extra charges associated with your rental include the basic rent of the vehicle, applicable airport fees, taxes, other government imposed fees, parking and toll taxes.
  11. If applicable, a fee for cleaning the car’s interior, upon return, for excessive stains, or dirt. The vehicle must be returned in the same state as received.
  12. Local use rentals are on 10 hours basis.
  13. Rental timing is up to 12:00AM. After 12:00AM next day shall be charged OR Hourly charges will apply after 12 hours of local use and 23 hours of out station traveling at the rate of Rs.400 per hour for Cars and Rs.1000 for SUV’s, Vans and Coasters. Late return charges apply after 15 minutes. If the vehicle is late for more than 3 hours an extra full day rent is charged.
  14. In case the customer decides to end the 2-way rental at an outstation without coming back to Lahore, return fuel and tolls shall be charged. Also the car has to be freed at such a time that it reaches back to Lahore earlier than 12:00 AM. Otherwise, over time shall also be charged per hour.
  15. In case of outstation rentals, the rental shall be closed on return to Lahore even if 24 hours are not completed. The driver is not considered physically fit to drive within the city after a long highway drive.
  16. Daily rental ends even if car returned/closed before 10 hours of operation.
  17. A driver allowance of Rs.1000 may be applicable on special days such as EID and national holidays.
  18. A penalty of 30% of total rental amount shall be charged in case of cancellation.
  19. In case of early termination than the agreed number of days the original rate of rental per day may change in case of failure.
  20. In case of monthly rentals where traveling equals 3000km, the customer shall pay for oil change, oil filter and air cleaner element.
  21. Monthly rentals are on 6 days a week basis.
  22. Monthly rates given on website are for Lahore use only. A maximum of 7 days outstation traveling is allowed in given rates.
  23. After 7 days of outstation traveling, an extra cost shall be applicable per day.
  24. Cancellation/termination of monthly rental requires 7 days notice.
  25. In case of early termination of a multiple day rental, full payment for one day shall be charged along with fuel and driver charges.
  26. In case of night stay (out-station) driver meals & accommodation charges per day are Rs.2000 or the customer can provide the same without any charge. Driver meals per day within Lahore is Rs.500 or arranged by customer.
  27. Challans by highway authorities regarding route permits other than Lahore-Islamabad motorway area such as Murree, Muzaffarabad, Mardan, Swat, Kaghan, Naran, Gilgit etc. shall be responsibility of the customer.
  28. We do not send vehicles to Shogran, Skardu, Thandiani, Toli Peer etc where driving conditions are extremely dangerous.
  29. Do not leave your valuables (mobile phones, cameras, wallets, cash etc.) with the driver or in the vehicle. The company shall not be responsible in case of any damage or theft.
  30. The company does not allow the drivers to carry/handle goods, luggage other than loading and unloading. Please make sure that the luggage/goods are loaded/unloaded in your presence as to avoid theft or misplacement.
  31. The company may change proposed vehicle or driver at any time without any prior notice and send an alternate in case of any technical or behavioral issues.
  32. The company is not bound to provide backup vehicles in case of mechanical failure, accidents or driver issues. However, if the customer agrees to pay for fuel and toll taxes an alternate vehicle or driver may be provided if available.
  33. Vehicle and driver replacement is only possible within Lahore after investigating the cause or issue which may need several hours.
  34. Vehicle and driver replacement/backup is not possible for outstations. It is practically not possible for the company. Also the company is not bound to provide backup.

    Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented, unless otherwise specified.
  1. Tour Guidelines
    • Participants must adhere to the safety instructions provided by our guides or representatives.
    • We reserve the right to exclude any participant displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior.
  1. Liability and Disclaimer
    • Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or theft of belongings during tours or vehicle rentals.
    • Unforeseen Events: We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, accidents).
  1. Intellectual Property
    All content on sawarie.com, including logos, images, and text, is our property. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
  1. Termination of Services
    We reserve the right to terminate bookings or services for violations of these Terms or inappropriate behavior.
  1. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan
  1. Amendments to Terms
    We may update these Terms at our discretion. Updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Term & Conditions CAR RENT

Customers are responsible for paying for their own fuel consumption. Each car is provided with a level of fuel and customers have to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as they were given. The difference in fuel will be charged to the customer plus PKR.500 Service Charges if the same amount is not returned.

● In the case of (intercity rides) you have to pay 1500 to the Chauffeur for food and accommodation.

● E-challan will be paid by the Chauffeur but if the customer requests the driver to drive fast then the E-challan will be paid by the customer.

● Chauffeur-driven rentals are for 10 hours a day. Duration of rental starts as booked by the customer and finishes at 10:00 AM.

● A rental includes a chauffeur-driven car excluding fuel, parking, etc. charges.

● Chauffeur Rest – The chauffeur should be given a break for lunch and dinner, in addition, the chauffeur should be given a minimum break of eight consecutive hours during 24 hours on duty. This is a necessary safety requirement.

● You have the right to complain against the driver, service, vehicle, etc. but you cannot reprimand the chauffeur on your own or force the driver to go against company policies in any circumstances.

● State/Border Restrictions: To be driven on the Pakistan mainland only. FATA are excluded.

● Toll Taxes, Parking Fees, etc. are to be paid by the renting part.

● In case of intercity Drop-off, client will be charged for return fuel too.
